Overview
The conference “Vision and Robotics for Embodied AI” aims to bring together leading researchers and industry practitioners from the fields of computer vision and robotics, with a particular focus on the rapidly advancing areas of Egocentric Vision and Embodied Artificial Intelligence. The event will take place from Monday, May 25 to Thursday, May 28, 2026, at the stunning Monte Verità venue in southern Switzerland, and on Friday, May 29, we have a public event hosted at ETH Zurich. The event is generously supported by the Congressi Stefano Franscini conference platform of ETH Zurich.

Additional Information
Special diets. We kindly ask that participants who have indicated a special dietary requirement maintain this information consistently throughout the conference. Thank you for your understanding.
Hotel and Restaurant. Should any issues regarding board arise during the event, please kindly immediately refer to the Maître Sebastiano or the Hospitality Manager Maria Petrillo. For problems concerning lodging, please kindly immediately refer to the hotel reception staff or the Hospitality Manager Maria Petrillo.
Coffee breaks. Coffee breaks will take place in the Balint room. Participants who wish to stay outdoors are welcome to use the terrace in front of the room (main building Bauhaus, 1. floor).
Meals on arrival day. Coffee break at 14.45, welcome drink at 18.00 in the Balint room, dinner at 19.00 in the dining hall Sala Luce.
Hotel Reception Desk Monte Verità. The hotel reception is open 24 hours/day. From 07.00 to 22.00 there is a receptionist at the desk, from 22.00 to 07.00 there is a night duty staff. For general information such as travel timetables, plug converter, lost luggage, taxi reservation, etc., please refer to this desk.
Check-in at Hotel Monte Verità. Check-in is possible as from 15.00 on arrival day. Participants arriving earlier are welcome to store their luggage in the luggage room.
Check-out at Hotel Monte Verità. Check-out is latest at 10:00 on departure day.
Free WiFi. Free WiFi is available on the whole property. Instructions to access it are available at the reception desk.
Conference Registration. On Monday our staff will take care of the conference registration at the hotel reception desk. Participants will receive the name-tag and the CSF bag with a CSF notepad and pen.

Participants traveling from Ascona to Zurich on Friday, May 29th, will first need to take a bus from Monte Verità to Bellinzona. From there, a train to Zurich Central Station (Zürich HB) departs at 09:47 from Platform 1. The train will arrive in Zurich at approximately 11:27.
