Excursion Details

The excursion is an ideal trip for hikers. It is particularly interesting from the cultural and ethnographic point of view and for its fascinating scenery in the wood along the river. Verzasca Valley is a long narrow valley, which offers a wild and fascinating landscape (river with turquoise water). Sonogno is a touristic destination, with a museum, restaurants and souvenir shops. In case of good weather conditions, it is also possible to take a short bath into the river!

2.00 pm	Departure by bus from Monte Verità
2.30 pm	Stop at the dam in Vogorno
3.00 pm	Arrival in Ganne in Valle Verzasca
3.15 pm	Departure of the hike “Sentiero dell’arte” (4.5km) direction Lavertezzo
5.45 pm	Arrival in Lavertezzo and free time at your disposal
6.30 pm	Departure by bus from Lavertezzo to the restaurant
7.15 pm	Dinner at Ristorante Grotto Broggini
10.00 pm	Return by bus to Monte Verità
10.15 pm	Arrival at Monte Verità
